Shipping policy

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to 40+ countries.  Also, do keep in mind that shipping will cost a little extra and it can take up to 21 days to deliver. 

How long will it take to get my order?

All items are made-to-order, meaning that we will place an order with our print provider to have each product made for you. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Please note that we try our best to adhere to the above time frame. However, sometimes our print providers take longer than usual and that can result in an extra delay in us getting your orders to you. We apologize about this and wish the print provider shipping times were in our control! We will always try to be communicative about shipping delays though, so make sure to check your emails as that's where all of our communication will occur. 

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.
